During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we enjoyed the comfortable rooms and the friendly service provided by the staff. the location was very convenient as it was situated near popular attractions in the area.
Our experience was marred by a few negative aspects. the room we were assigned had windows that were screwed shut, and as the weather was quite warm, we would have appreciated the option to open them.

The hotel had great amenities and was located close to a beautiful park. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had a wonderful variety of food options. The staff was also very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
There were some minor issues that detracted from our experience. The windows were sealed shut, which made it difficult to enjoy the fresh air, and there were a few maintenance issues, such as a broken light switch.
